The ‘YES Professional Banker’ Program helps young and inquisitive graduates become new age bankers by
providing the competitive edge needed for a rewarding career in the Banking industry.
This ‘YES Professional Banker’ Program is created by YES BANK in partnership with Manipal Academy of BFSI
(MABFSI).(MAHE – 7th best University -NIRF Ranking 2021 ) On successful completion of the program, the candidate will be awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in
Banking from Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE).
The Candidates have the option to choose a career in Corporate, Retail Business or Operations roles at the application stage. Post the successful completion of the program, the candidate will join YES BANK in the relevant domain that has been selected.
There are two roles in the Yes Bank Professional Banker Program. Please note that the final placement is at the discretion of Yes Bank.

Retail Business
- Four Months classroom learning (at the Manipal Academy of BFSI Campus, Bengaluru)
- Four Months of Internship at a designated Yes Bank Branch
- Four Months of On-The-Job Training
- Retail Business – Rs 2,37,288 (Plus Taxes)
Program Fee includes Medical Insurance, Onboarding, Lodging, Program Fees and Tablet expenses for a period of 4 months at the Manipal Academy Campus in Bengaluru.

- All candidates must be citizens of India
- Should hold a full-time graduation degree (with at least 55 per cent marks) for Retail & Operations roles
- Should be up to 28 years on the date of application

You will get two attempts.
For Retail Business Role
Step 1 – Prior to program commencement register and pay the fees Rs 2,37,288 (Plus Taxes)
This will cover all Medical Insurance, Onboarding, Lodging, Program Fee and Tablet expenses.
Step 2 - Learn:
a) Classroom sessions for a duration of 4 months on-campus at Manipal Academy of BFSI Bengaluru
b) An internship period of 4 months (at any YES BANK location across India) and
c) On-the-job training for 4 months (at any YES BANK location across India)
Step 3 - Earn Rs 5,000 per month during the 4 months classroom training and Rs 20,000 per month during the 4 months internship.
Step 4 - Post successful completion of Classroom learning and Internship, you will join Yes Bank in a Retail Banking Role
It will cover the following areas:
- Verbal Ability: Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary & Grammar
- Analytical Ability: Deductive, Inductive, Analytical & Visual Reasoning
- Numerical Ability: Percentages & Averages, Profit, loss and discount, Ratio and Proportion, Speed & Distance, Number theory (time & work)

- Degree documents (Degree Certificate and Grade report – consolidated / Term wise)
Yes, you need to be a graduate to secure admission into this post-graduate program.
Yes, you will be awarded with a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking from Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE).
The final Job offer stands null and void if you do not complete the YPBP program. The course fee will be non-refundable.

Yes, you will receive Rs 5,000/- per month during first 4 months of campus engagement period at Bengaluru, Rs 20,000/- per month from the 5th Month onwards during the internship period and from the 8th month onwards, you will receive your salary.
Post successful completion of the 8-month period of the program you will assume a relevant Retail Business role.
For Retail Business –
- Metro Salary Package – Rs 5.75 Lakhs/Year
- Non Metro Salary Package – Rs 5.25 Lakh/Year

Yes, Loan facility has been made available by YES BANK for all students who wish to avail of it.
Yes, there is a non-refundable application fee of Rs500/- (All inclusive)
Yes, post selection you are required to deposit a non-refundable registration fee of Rs 10,000/- to confirm your seat for the program. Remaining fees to be deposited before start of the program.
For candidates who will be funding the fee themselves, the program fee can be paid in two installments one upfront prior to the first trimester and the second installment prior to the second trimester. However, for candidates availing of a student loan from YES BANK, the program fee will be paid in one full installment prior to the first trimester.
